Application of EU legislation requirements in UAS operation

This thesis addresses the legal requirements for operating drones and covers topics such as drone registration, licensing and compliance with specific flying regulations. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the process of categorising drone operations and determining the appropriate category based on the associated risks. A detailed drone registration scheme is also presented, complete with the necessary documents required for registration and operational changes. The conclusions of this thesis serve as a valuable resource for drone operators and offer a practical perspective on the legal and operational aspects of drone use in the Czech Republic. The comprehensive flowchart presented in this thesis provides a step-by-step guide to the procedures necessary for the legal operation of drones.

The current trends of outdoor advertisment extraordinary forms, focused on Prague

This thesis addresses the complexity of outdoor advertisement in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical section, characteristics of outdoor communication, advantages and disadvantages, forms, the market and associations are presented. The empirical section analyses the current trends of outdoor advertisement extraordinary forms based on the field research findings and the concluding chapter puts both the theory and findings into the context of the environment in Prague. In this final part, the advertisement smog and accordance with surroundings and legislation are examined. The default assumption is that the outdoor advertisement is ubiquitous and is influencing every single individual. The impact varies, but essential is that the outdoor advertisement is impossible to drop or shut down; it is only possible to ignore it in order to avoid it. This might cause the Czech indifference to the advertisement oversaturation, which is often criticised by artists and experts. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and collect the current trends of outdoor extraordinary adaptations with respect to form and content. The theory is followed by the empirical section analysing the data obtained by field research in Prague. Word as a picture

This diploma thesis deals with a concept of a word and a picture, it compares these two terms, identifies the differences and describes their mutual relationship. It charts those two terms as means of communication and as bearers of meaning. It also describes different ways to combine them in art - it explores presence of a word in paintings in both historical and contemporary art. Didactic part of the thesis is focused on a use of text in art and its meaning. It contains an art project which aims to transfer a text into a picture - to translate a literature into language of art. The project resulted in a series of staged photographic self-portraits representing personal reflection of a topic presented in a literature. Practical part reflects examined relationship of the word and the picture. It refers to the results of the theoretical part and describes author's personal standpoint. Author refers to different ways of connection of the text and fine art and updates them. Author tries to portray a word as a picture which becomes either paradox or harmony.

Diplomová práce hodnotí a navrhuje zlepšení kolektivního vyjednávání ve firmě; kolektivní smlouva je uzavřena mezi firmou a organizací odborového svazu KOVO; cílem kolektivního vyjednávání je dosáhnout rozhodnutí v otázkách, jež jsou předmětem zájmu zaměstnavatelů a odborů; při vyjednávání jsou účastni dva členové představenstva a zástupci závodního výboru odborové organizace; písemný návrh dodatku kolektivní smlouvy schvaluje představenstvo firmy a konference odborové organizace; práce porovnává cíle vedení a odborů pomocí tabulek, které vymezují oblasti souladu, rozporů či nesouvisení cílů; analýza cílů a předložené návrhy ke zlepšení procesu kolektivního vyjednávání ve Feroxu, mohou pomoci zúčastněným stranám úspěšněji dosahovat svých záměrů.
